Im 29 years old non vegetarian, working (desk job in delhi) male. I had about 10 episodes of sudden on and off painless nasal bleed through left nostril in last one month. It's not associated with any sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion, fever, trauma, headache, blurred vision, itching, body rashes, or significant cold. The frequency is about 1-2 times per week, frank red thick blood amounting about 1-2 ml every time, free flow, during eating (while flexing the head), and not always but noticed it almost every time-consuming cooked chicken meal. Subsiding on its own in 2-5 mins. No pain, no other symptoms. 1-2 episodes of nasal bleed initially were associated with severe temporal headache. I'm a known case of hypersensitive pneumonitis, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. Got treated and controlled, not on any prescribed medications since 1.5 yr. No smoking since 5-6 years. No substance use since last 5-6 years. Blood pressure remains normal.

Follow these dos and don’ts to help your knees feel their best.
1. Don’t rest too much. Too much rest can weaken your muscles, which can worsen joint pain. Find an exercise program that is safe for your knees and stick with it. If you're not sure which motions are safe or how much you can do, talk with your doctor or a physical therapist.
2. Do exercise. Cardio exercises strengthen the muscles that support your knee and increase flexibility. Weight training and stretching do, too. Fo...more

Hope your plasma treatment is helping. Other two medications you r taking is mainly pain killers. You can gradually stop those and see how effective is plasma treatment. As it’s new modality, it’s still under trails. No significant good results to everyone.
If it doesn’t work, probably needs knee replacement surgery. Best wishes.

Below are exercises that strengthen the lower back and help manage lower back pain:

1. Bridges—lie on the ground and bend the knees, placing the feet flat on the floor hip-width apart.
Press the feet into the floor, keeping the arms by the sides.
Raise the buttocks off the ground until the body forms a straight line from the shoulders to the knees.
Squeeze the buttocks with the shoulders remaining on the floor.
Lower the buttocks to the ground and rest for a few seconds....more

Regards Lybrate user. Osteoarthritis refers to degenerative changes in the joint. If there had been ligament tear, the muscles surrounding the joints may overwork or work differently leading to excess pressure on the joint, leading to what is termed as secondary osteoarthritis. So, it is essential to ensure the muscle tension gets addressed appropriately prior to strengthening the muscles, to avoid worsening of the degeneration. It is recommended to consult an orthopedic physiotherapist or manua...more
