I feel your interpretation of the doctors advice is a bit wayward. It was supposed to decrease the salt intake, not to stop from using in normal amounts. Stop eating extra salt, chips, pickles and junk food that has extra salt. I donot see the need to decrease the salt intake in you regular daily meals.

Take papaya leaf wash it churn it, collect the juice, 10 ml three-time a day. To be given.
Use of citrus fruits lemon, kiwi mausambi r best to increase platelet.
Flex seed also work to increase platelet.

Platelets above 1.5 lac is normal. Clinical picture also needs to evaluated. If no symptoms are present then no medications are required. However if platelets are dropping then you should visit a physician.
To increase plt I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and eat fruits like kiwi, dragonfruit.

There are not such specified drops like that. Actually it is a salt present in papaya leaves which is helpful.
and The tablet of that are available, which are prescribed depending upon the number of platelets.

BP is on the lower side. I feel you should stop BP medicine. Keep on monitoring BP daily, At this age if it crosses 140/90 , Then you can start Tab Eritel 40 mg Once daily but monitoring BP is important.

you said your mother was diagnosed with dengue but she is being given falcigo and artesunate which are for malaria.
There seems to be some error in either diagnosis or treatment.

No, not at this age. Eat less salt diet, do regular exercises and yoga. Loose weight. Eat healthy and balanced diet. Your bp will come normal.

Bp changes continuous throughout the day, its not same. When we do any work then bp elevates. Always measure bp after 15-20 mins of rest.
