If you have a persistent and recurrent cough and blocked nose alongith swollen lymph nodes for a long period of time, you might have some chronic chest infection inside you. It's better to visit a doctor, he may treat you with some antibiotics do an x ray of the chest and may do a lymph node biopsy.

Surgical procedures may have pain persisting for several days after it's done.
Marsupialization removes cysts in a way that makes them less likely to return however there are still chances that they may reoccur. You may opt for homoeopathic treatment for getting a non surgical and painless solution to your disease. Reach us in case you need our help regarding this.

Lumps under the chin are usually harmless. Most of the time, they’re caused by swollen lymph nodes. This swelling is typically triggered by an infection.
Cancer, cysts, abscesses, benign tumors, and other medical issues can also cause chin lumps. However, these causes are much rarer by comparison. Usually chin lumps go away on their own but if your chin lump is growing (a sign of a possible tumor)
your chin lump has been present for two weeks
your chin lump feels hard or doesn’t move...more
