Yes. She can undergo the surgery after completion of ATT. At least, it will improve the quality of her life by reducing fre1uency and urgency. And regarding PCNL or ESWL .it entirely depends upon position, size, completion of the stone.

Hi,
you have not mentioned which ligament is torn, please mention that secondly grade II tear generally can be treated with physiotherapy for 2-3 months extensively if there are no multiple injuries involved. Range and strength can only be gained with physiotherapy. Surgery, for now, is not recommended for you if you're into active sports.

Hello dear lybrate-user, hi
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* Though surgery was successful, this issue is due to nerve compression from the surgery, needs evaluation with MRI for further management. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.

I understand that you have been fairly alright with having varicose veins for the last 30 years. But body has a tolerance. If your scan is showing damage which requires it to be treated, it is better to undergo the procedure in order to avoid complications. Skin damage in Varicose veins is not completely reversible. Any procedure associated with Varicose veins has a 10-15% risk of recurrence. I am not sure as to who does laser varicose vein procedure at Kolkata.

If it is paining and swelling then it's definitely time for you to get treatment. Surgery costs approx 20-25000, but cost may vary between different centres. Laser treatment for varicose veins is the latest, but it's costly (approx 1 lakh)
