Don't take vaccination with fever, cough and cold. Second dose can be taken 12-16 weeks later from first dose. So even if your 84 days has crossed, you can wait for your symptoms to get subsided. You can also do a crp test before vaccination. If it's normal, you can take the vaccine.

you are experiencing symptoms which are ot so common. However, please look out for teh following-is your pulse and blood pressure normal? If so, and if symptoms are decreasing, you need not worry. Have plenty of fluids and you should be alright in a few days.
However, if symptoms are increasing or new symptoms appear you must visit a specialist for proper examination
