I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
A preauricular pit is a small hole or cyst just in front of your ear above your ear canal. This hole marks a sinus tract under the skin that's in the wrong place. These tracts can vary in size. Some people have a short tract while others have a longer one with lots of branches.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

You may go to doctor if you like, no harm. But since there is no issue, you may be advised sitz bath that you have to do at home. It may or may not go itself. Ayurveda is one step ahead. Sitz bath may be mixed with ayurvedic antiseptics and antigranthik (anticyst) powders for direct and safe effects. Then yoni pichu (vaginal swab) of excellent ayurvedic local application is very very effective. Pl consult on Lybrate call or chat for further details.

Soaking in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water (sitz bath) several times a day for three or four days may help a small, infected cyst to rupture and drain on its own. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private.

Apply coconut or jatyadi oil locally 2-3 times daily. Sit in a bathtub with 3 to 4 inches of warm water a few times a day for several days. This can provide comfort and promote healing. It could also help the infected cyst to burst and drain on its own.
Some ayurvedic medication can be prescribed after detailed consultation.
