It's common after surgery,,have to concentrate gradually,,normal concentration power may not come ,,have to do some yoga,, meditation also,,need proper homoeopathic treatment which can help

If large one then ct scan can detect brain tumour, but small tumours are better seen on MRI. Also the characteristics or the tumour and navigation intraoperative need MRI correlation.
