I am 31 years old. I am having large difference in bp and heart rate during the mental cycle. The week after mensuration my bp (90/68) and heart rate is low (69) and after that it is increasing (112/90) and heart rate 90+. At the time of ovulation heart rate is 100+. I am having bp medicine nebivolol 25 every day night from last 2 months.

First make sure it's infection. If there is chance of urinary tract infection usually you should have fever and burning sensation while urinating. If you are diagnosed with urinary tract infection then you will need antibiotics. Also make sure you drink plenty of water. Hope it helps.

My grandfather (84 year old) have history of high bp. His recent report shows: urea (gldh) 149.60 mg/dl, creatinine (enzymatic, serum) 6.40 mg/dl, uric acid (uricase, serum) 11.6 mg/dl protein, total (biuret) 5.8 g/dl. He is going through his 3rd dialysis. Is there any chance that his kidneys would recover?

Get urine tested. Get ultrasoubd of whole abdomen done 1.Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely.
2.Wipe from front to back after toilet
3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine
4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products
5.Try to take shower rather than bath
6.Clean genitals before sex and pass urine after sex to flush out any bacteria
7.Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans
