Sister,
There are not such specified drops like that. Actually it is a salt present in papaya leaves which is helpful.
and The tablet of that are available, which are prescribed depending upon the number of platelets.

Dear user it is necessary to know how low is your platelet count and whether you had any bleeding symptoms because of this. As low platelet count is not a contraindication for vaccination but these people need special precautions for any vaccination be it is astrazeneca or any other. So you should get your platelet tested and consult with your doctor regarding it.Thank you, have a great day.

Don't worry about low platelets. It's acceptable to have this levels. Both the vaccines are equally good and very much important to take them. Based on availability in your locality you can choose.

First of all, a platelet count of 1 lakh isn't concerning at all, you need not worry. Secondly, no amount of fruit and papaya extract will increase the platelet count. It will get elevated naturally. Since you recently had an infection, your body was putting more stress on producing leukocytes.
As for the nature of your bowel movement, it is due to increased intake of papaya (which has digestive enzymes and dissolves proteins) and mango (which is rich is sugar which increases growth of gut ...more

Moderate elevation in platelet count beyond normal limits isn't a cause of concern. Unless you experience symptoms like pain in the legs while walking or dark colour of fingertips or nose tip, there isn't a cause of concern. To be sure, you can have a coagulation profile done and if the results are normal, there is absolutely no need to worry.
