Nasal septom is bone separating left and rt nostril, if not in mid line it is called dns;[deviated nasal septum]. It can b diagnosed on x-ray only[pns-view].
While turbinates r present on both side walls. Ent surgeon can tell/diff between turbinates/dns. Treatment will b according to x-ray report.

Hi. Thr seem to be 2 issues, one is the Dns tht you Hav n other is the allergy. No surgery is going to treat your allergy .but your nasal block which could be due to your Dns, can surely be corrected by surgery.
