Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required and we can plan for septoplasty surgery after clinical examination

If this condition is recent only Antibiotics, Antiallergic and Decongest should cure it.
But it it occurs repeatedly, Surgical intervention might be needed.

- Difficulty in breathing can lead to less oxygenation of tissues which may lead to excessive sweating
- get the DNS corrected so that you are able to breathe properly & also get a sound sleep.

Well sinusitis can be another cause, dns is one of the cause, you should visit a ent surgeon for this purpose.

Septoplasty clears the deviated piece of bone or cartilage in the nose which causes nasal blockage. It gives you an airway to breathe.
