I am 30 years old woman had 1 girl child of 3 years old. I had medical termination of pregnancy due to unavoidable abnormalities. Underwent Dnc with hysteroscopy on May 17th, 2018. After that I went to doctor for check up also. Everything fine. Doctor told that not to have sex till the next periods. But after 4 weeks of dnc only we had sex i.e yesterday. We do not want to pregnant again for that we used withdrawal method. But I am afraid of side effects .is any thing serious will b happen due to sex before the next periods itself? Kindly suggest. Thank you.

Nothing wrong you had crossed your period of one month. I think you should have got your periods till now. If yes. Nothing to worry if no then wait for a month n go for pregnancy test.

You can have protected sex 1 week after dnc. With drawal method is safe but 5%chance of getting pregnant .opt for upt. Take tab brufen and oflox. Apply locally bet n oint.

I am having 7 months baby. I had my last periods on march 3. On April 22 it is diagnosed that I am pregnant with 6 weeks 3 days. On 24th doctor gave one type of tablet from unwanted kit. And 26th doctor gave another 4 tablets. She told me to take two tablets after breakfast. And then after two hours two tablets. She told me get the scan report on may 10th. On may 7 I stopped bleeding. On may 8th we participated in sex. And again on next day it started bleeding with little cramps. So I missed the scan on may 10. Today on may 15th I had done the scan. It showed that some small pieces are left. Am scared on dnc. Is there any way to remove that small pieces with tablets? Pls help me. If there is no other option. For how many days I can postpone the dnc. Because we are having one function. Pls answer all my queries.

If your blood clotting tests are normal and you want to try tablets then those which were given on 26th can be tried knowing that they may fail and you again need to do ultrasonography after 1 week or 10 days.

Hi lybrate-user. 26 - 27 is normal pd time if after 7 months of dandc. Not conceiving then
get pelvic usg done on day 12 - 15 day of cycle

Yesterday night I had inter course with my wife. While doing the same she said it's paining but we finished our intercourse. Later on after 2 hours while she urinating blood coming from her organ also she is saying that it's paining. We thought it would be for some time but again when she urinated blood is coming from her organism. But not more blood when compared to the earlier. She do dnc operation before 8 months. I am trying to conceive for more than 2 years. My prolactin levels are high It is 122.6ng/m. I have done a brain MRI everything is normal and currently taking tablet Cabgolin 0.25mg twice a weak. I also have LUFS syndrome. I have tried 4 follicle cycles but no rupture took place even with HCG injections have ovulation disorder. I have been asked to go for DNC hystero lap asap. I just wanted to know if my prolactin levels come down will I ovulate and conceive naturally or I have to go for Lap and If I have to go then when is it to be done.

First bring prolactin levels to normal then ovulation will start but you have to go for laproscopy and hyteroscopy to find out whether tubes are patent or not
