Probably not. However, in rare cases, multiple d&c can cause scarring at the top of the cervix or inside the uterus.
It is indeed likely that following an abortion the main risk to fertility is the development of pelvic inflammatory disease (pid), which is an inflammation uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries. Any use of instruments on the cervix, such as during a d&c, can lead to a greater spread of these organisms and, therefore, the risk of pid.

You cant get whole knowledge about it is it needs study of few years after doing MBBS to get most (not whole) of knowledge.
Possibility of infertility after D & C answer is yes but happens in very very few cases.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist, However because of your age you should consult immediately.

Take either aciloc or pantocid
better continue pantoçid dar 1 tab in morning empty stomach if you have hypeacidity theñ you take aciloc 15 0 mg 2 times daily morning empty stomach evening 1/2 hour before meal.
