You need to consume high fibre foods such as whole fruits, vegetables, flaxseeds, chia seeds.
Consume high protein foods such as soyabean, tofu, milk, chenna, sea fishes, salmon, chicken, whole pulses.
Consume low carbs but it should be complex carbs such as brown rice, oatmeal, dalia, whole wheat chapati, multigrain chapati.
Consume low fat but good quality fat such as olive oil, sesame oil, blended oil, nuts, low fat cheese.
Exercise regularly atleast 30 mins a day.
