1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

मुझे बवासीर है और यह इसके कारण हर 6 या 7 माह में ब्लीडिंग होती है और जब तक इलाज न कराऊँ ठीक नहीं होता, ब्लीडिंग होता रहता है| कभी- कभी डेढ़ माह तक लगातार जब तक टॉयलेट शीट बैठे रहूँ तब तक ब्लीडिंग होता है| वो भी तेज धार में| गुदा द्वार के अंदर एक बड़ा मस्सा है जो टॉयलेट करने की मुद्रा में बैठने पर बाहर आ जाता है और पुश करने पर ही अंदर जाता है| बाहर की ओर छोटा मस्सा है| बहुत इलाज कराया पर बेकार| इस बीमारी से जड़ से छुटकारा चाहिए| क्या यह सम्भव है? यदि है तो इलाज और कितने माह तक इलाज चलेगा कृपया बताएं|
