By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?

One of your testicle is very small in size and other is normal. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Hello-
If both your testicles were removed, you may start to notice changes in your body several weeks after surgery due to not having male hormones.
