By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?

Hi,
you did not specify for how long have you been suffering pain in neck and left side of spine. You must consult a spine surgeon, and decide the line of treatment. The mri report says that there is disc bulge between cervical 6 and 7 vertebra (neck).
Is there any improvement with hot fomentation or by applying diclo gel? In the mean time take a cervical pillow, do hot fomentation (if you are not diabetic), donot do any exercises for neck, you may go for traction or short wave diathermy...more
