Hello, you can try tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is considered the ideal skin disinfectant. A solution of 5 percent tea tree oil applied topically, after a thorough cleansing of the area, offers the same benefit as benzoyl peroxide, but without the same drying effects and irritation. Look for commercial products or make your own solution by combining 1 part tea tree oil with 20 parts of olive oil. Commercially prepared tea tree oil soap is another alternative.
