I advice you to have a check up with a good consultant physician soon and take arv shots --if he advice ---there is no food restrictions.

Even when someone is vaccinated it doesn’t mean he cannot spread virus he can that’s y mask and sanitizers are mandatory. For the child I would say keep him safe by increasing his immunity and always wear your mask and encourage washing hands.
