Asked for male, 23 years old from Gurgaon

Good Day Doctor, My brother wife is a pregnant she is now close to 8th month. She has albumin +++ and severe oligohydramnios, symmetric iugr for which we are treating her for last 3 days in a hospital. From the day before we admitted her in the hospital. The bp is fluctuating in between 140 to 180. Once 142, 153, 158, 162,172 like that. But she's saying I'm not feeling any uncomfortable. We treated for oligohydramnios. But still, her bp is fluctuating from before the day we joined in hosp. Still, it's fluctuating. What may be the reasons for that highbp fluctuations? And albumin 3+ was diagnosed. Yesterday doctors treated by injecting some bottles for oligohydramnios. The day before her joining into the hosp she vomited a lot a day full of vomits. But now they are in control hardly 1vomit per day.

I am 32 years and 15 weeks pregnant. Before I got pregnant I have been battling sneezing, running, itchy, peppery nose and now my nose is always blocked as well. Before I got pregnant, I saw an ent doctor who told me to do a ct sinus scan. It showed chronic sinusitis. I was given loratadine and flixonase nasal spray. But after I got pregnant, I was told to continue the drugs in the 2nd trimester. Am worried about the effect of the drug on my pregnancy. But I feel very uncomfortable. My sleep is disturbed daily with sneezing and blocked nose, my head also aches from time to time. I went for hijama but couldn't do it rigorously because of my pregnancy. My face, neck and upper back were done.

Clonazepam is a fda category d drug. It should not be used more so in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
