Hello lybrate-user disc prolapse in young common but need not be worried just start physiotherapy core stabilising exercises with IFT for few days once you start feeling better continue exercises at home gradually you will feel better then you can start your gym but avoid lifting heavy wt, floor activity sitting for prolong period for 3 -4 weeks, you will be totally fine, do consult.
