Yes it usually occur after aspiration. Take antibiotic and if needs go for fluid culture and sensitivity test.

Burt let me tell you the fact that god has given spare organs for every vital organs like 2 eyes, two kidneys, 2 ears, 2 nose cavities, 2 testes, 2 tonsils, 2 hands, 2 feet and what not. So there is nothing to be worried about having single testes. And also, to kill somebody, one gun with one bullet is enough.

I think you need further evaluation with the help of 2nd opinion from another proctologist nearby. If nothing is there, get it double checked. U might need an mri peri anal area to see the thing happening there. Till then, you continue with hot sitz bath with betadine, antibiotics and laxatives if required. I hope it will be helpful.

as you are pregnant now, you need to rely upon medicines primarily and to avoid any kind of unnecessary surgery. U may continue applying the ointment and sitting in warm water with betadine liquid in it. After delivery only you may be re evaluated and think about any re do surgery if at all it is absolutely necessary. I hope it will be helpful.

Hello lybrate-user, I have replied to you at length in the other question by u.i will suggest you to use other ointment like anorelief or escot or fidonal to be applied with finger, inside the anus, before going to pass stool. I hope this to be helpful.
