Sir, I am from rajasthan, dist. - jodhpur village - bilara. Sir my niece suffering from very terrible genetic disease epidermolysis bullosa. Now my brother and her wife want another child. I want to know what the probability of next child is e. B. Diseased or not. My brother and her wife is illiterate they don't know about such type of worst disease. Please sir if possibility of next child is e. B. Diseased then they leave the idea of makes again pregnant.

It needs genetic workup first of parents and then one can give possibility of 25% or 50 % of repeat of same.
After that during next pregnancy early testing possible to detect whether that child belongs to 25 or 50 % or healthy so that if affected termination option remains open.
Right now meet genetic specialist with all records and niece.

My advise for you to first get a routine blood check up (cbc, rft,lft, s.e, lipid profile, thyroid profile, vitamin-d and vitamin b-12 level) .share the reports than you will get better answer in my opinion.

Hello, you didn't tell the reason for d&c as it is involved with hormonal imbalance you could expect some erratic changes like more bleeding, clots pain also the next few monthly cycles.

I just had a d&c last night. Bleeding has stopped just spotting lightly. The doctor gave me 1 tablet of misoprostol 200 mg 3 times a day (for 5 days) to be taken with water along with some other medicines. Will it cause more bleeding? Why is it prescribed? Kindly help me. I am so worried.

Vitamin b12 maximum sources in non veg food, but curd is fare source of vit b12.
Also by the help of medication you can balance after that regular diet should be take balance diet. So will never return to any deficiency.

Pregnancy test comes positive for some time after termination of pregnancy. If you are worried get your serial BHCG done if its increasing then you are continuing pregnancy. Get appointment from your gynaecologist and discuss matters with her. Some times repeat Dnc has to be done.
