You need not worry about cervix, even with such cervix sperms can go in.
Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for long time.

The testis requires to be a little cooler than the rest of the body for being able to produce sperms (the reason why it is physiologically placed in the scrotum). Now since the testis was inside your body in your developmental age, it is not possible for the testis to produce sperms anymore.
You can however become a father even with 1 testis. Please Do not worry about it or be furious about it with your parents.
Please see a good doctor who can help you out with this.

My age is 23. I have functional dyspepsia problem and sometimes stool becomes little dry and I have to give a little more strain and blood comes with stool. So I consult a colorectal surgeon and he did Lateral sphincterotomy surgery so that in later stage if stool becomes hard still anal fissure not occurs but same problem as I have functional dyspepsia problem sometimes my stool becomes little dry and no urge to pass and I have to give little strain and again anal fissure is occurring. I have done endoscopy, colonoscopy all result normal. I am vegetarian and do not eat ant junk food fast food and drink lots of water still sometimes my stool is little dry and if stool is little dry then blood is coming with stool. So how I can live by carrying such a horrible condition. In your treatment it has any permanent cure by medicine or surgery so that if stool becomes little dry still still fissure or anal ulcer will not occur?
