Adenomyosis needs surgery if all other medications fail to perform and you are in excessive pain. Removal of ovaries might not be a possible treatment to cure adenomyosis. In such a case, removal of the uterus is the only option left with your doctor.

I am 43 years old lady on progesterone for three months for adenomyosis and heavy menstrual flow. One month ago one day when I got up I saw brown patches (blemishes) on my right forehead, cheek and upper lips. A day before that I had applied indigo for hair colour. Had been using hyaluronic acid before that for two months. My skin complexion has become two shades darker and full of dents. I had a flawless spotless skin. Never used cosmetics. If you are not having heavy bleeding, take T Cifran CT twice daily after food for 5 days along with the meprate and it will resolve. If there is heavy or persistent bleeding, you will need a repeat d and c.

I am 44. Diagnosed with adenomyosis. But since january 24 I had full flow of my period. Since then there are spots of blood on the pad but nit a full flow. When I wipe with the tissue there is dark red blood on it and it is more than what comes on the pad. What is causing this?
