Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food.
Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily.
Chew your food properly.
Avoid outside food.
Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help.
Keep your blood sugar controlled.
Raise your bed about 4" from headend side.
Get your gastroendoscopy done.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc,

Do as follow:
* take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal
* take ginger & turmeric before food
* take hot water
* quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it
* avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking

Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy -
*take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal.
*take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening.

Take tab.chitrakadi vati 1 tab 3 times a day and tab. Nirocil 1 tab 3 times a day after food for 2-3 weeks. Pippalyasava 2 tsf twice daily diluted with equal quantity of water can also be taken.
