1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food
2.drink plenty of water
3. take one tablet of pan40 in the morning
4. Take vitazyme syrup 2 tsf twice daily after food for few days
5.Get your stool examined. You may be having chronic amebiasis
6.consult for further advice

yoga and exercise are helpful for improve digestive system.
Do not go to bed immediately after meal
eat meal at regular time
sleep at proper time wakeup early at the morning
go for yoga and gym drink water 8-10- glasses in a day.
Do not drink water while taking meal

No daily sex should not cause gastritis
it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis
2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly
3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done
4. Avoid fatty, oily meals
5. No fast food, no momos and samosas
6. No tea and coffee
7. Lots of water
8. Walk after meals
9. Eat less at nights
10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking
