three ltrs LIQ per day. four glass luckwarm as you arouse from bed.

salad two times bug bowl.
green juice
add green leaves which ever available in your place in proportion add carrot, one piece of beetroot, tomato crush it make it tastey by adding salt sugar bhuna jira etc.
take it as puraey or shiev it and take juice. regularly once at least one glass. you can add bottol guard two inch piece please taste it.
