1.Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely.
2.Wipe from front to back after toilet
3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine
4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products
5.Try to take shower rather than bath
6.Clean genitals before sex and pass urine after sex to flush out any bacteria
7.Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans

Take plenty of water daily
do ultrasound of abdomen, blood sugar levels random, urine routine send me report as you get them
meanwhile take sy neeri by aimil pharma 20 ml in 200 ml water three times a day for 3 weeks.

Hello!
here it is important that since when are you experiencing this problem.
If it is since long like >10 days then it is important to do some investigations and knowing the cause and starting the treatment.
Otherwise it can be urinary tract infection to confirm for which I need some more detail to start for the treatment.

Dear user, based on the condition of the patient, you can use the tray for direct urination. And if the patient is unconscious you can always use adult diapers. But in case of any tests to be done on the urine, collection has to be done from the catheter which is why a catheter is preferred. Please consult a physician immediately. Do not take it so casually. And do not experiment yourself. Take plenty of pure drinking water >3 litter/day. Do urine test immediately. You can take anti spasmodic tablets for now. Thanks dear.

Dear user, you need to visit a urologist to get your prostate checked. In case of mild prostatic hypertrophy, it can lead to a poor flow.
