U can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). It may be due to low metabolism rate. You can start with low kcal and low frequency meal that will help you to improve your appetite level, as well you can also get your heat level checked to get to know the specific reason for it.

Dear Jagannath, the current TSH value is below normal and you can reduce the dose to 100 ug once daily and recheck Free T4 and TSH after 3 months to see if the dose reduction normalizes TSH Regards Professor M S Seshadri
