Wake up early in morning, clear your bowel and other daily activities. Give a quality of time in yoga and pranayam. Hi yes incase of infections, allergies or stress wbc count can be higher. Include fruits and vegetables like orange, pineapple, cauliflower, brocoli, capsicum, kiwi, papaya as they are rich in vitamin c. Have omega 3 rich foods like fish, nuts, flaxseed, restrict salt, sugar and high fat and include onion, garlic, mint, coriander to compensate the taste.

His weight in decreasing bcz of his diet. He is taking only liquids diet bcz of mouth ulcers that is not good for overall health. Bcz we need lots of fiber also. Make him do proper treatment of ulcers than he will be able to eat.
