It seems to be due to sinusitis and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required

- Symptoms of dengue include fever, headache especially behind eyeballs, muscle & joint pain, tiredness, nausea, vomiting, skin rash & bleeding from internal organs in severe cases
- symptoms of malaria include high fever with chills, headache, profuse sweating, sometimes pain in the abdomen, nausea & vomiting
- adequate rest, plenty of oral fluids, tablet paracetamol for fever & medicine prescribed by the doctor depending on signs & symptoms is the cure.

Initially, malaria feels like the flu with high fever, fatigue, and body aches, with hot and cold stages. Signs and symptoms in children may be nonspecific, leading to delays in diagnosis. People also may have headache, nausea, shaking chills (rigors), sweating, and weakness.
Symptoms are chills, fever and sweating, usually occurring a few weeks after being bitten.

- The symptoms of malaria can include high fever with chills, profuse sweating, headache, weakness, bodyache, nausea & sometimes vomiting
- tablet paracetamol can be taken for fever & antimalarials as prescribed by a doctor depending on the type of malaria can be taken.

We usually suggest taking tablet lariago-ds once a week till required but to be taken after clinical examination and See to it that there is no stagnation of water in your house and nearby locality for more than 7 days because these are breeding grounds for mosquitoes

The shivering of hands and head need not be malaria and it will not stay for one month if you take tablets for it . You check up if you have any other disease for the shivering

malaria symptoms include high grade fever, rigors, sweatings, headache, vomtings and generalized weakness.

as it is transmitted by mosquitoes, avoid mosquito bites.

keep surrounding clean and clear all stagnant water.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and repeat cbc and follow up with reports.
