Treatments range from resting the affected arm to surgery. Tendinitis can progress to a rotator cuff tear, and that injury can get worse with time. Seeking treatment as quickly as possible helps keep the injury from progressing.
Nonsurgical treatments improve symptoms in about 50 percent of people with a rotator cuff injury. These kinds of treatments include:
•applying hot or cold packs to the affected shoulder to reduce swelling
•exercises to restore strength and range of motion

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your hemoglobin levels, as anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or ankle pain. Hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. Keep ice in the area where you have pain/if not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. If you have leg pa...more

If you have l5-s1 disc bulge which is quite common, since you are young you can definitely go for conservative management - physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises for the abdomen and spine which will help you to improve much better. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Yes oil massage will be helpful for you to come out of stiffness / muscle spasm.

I have little knee pain after doing squat exercise. Earlier I only feel little knee pain while doing squat. But on 1st september 2023 morning after doing squat (without weight) I felt knee stiffness, dump pain and knee weakness. After this incident I left squat took little rest and knee issue feels improved I was able to perform all activity. But on 2nd november I again felt little knee pain as I have walked on uneven surfaces. Recently I have done mri and it says following: 1) grade ii myxoid degeneration involving posterior horn of the medial meniscus 2) fluid collection adjacent to the posterior horn of medial meniscus- ?paramedical cyst/ distended medial gastrocnemius semimembranosus bursa. 3) mucoid degeneration of acl. 4) minimal synovial effusion of the knee joint. 5) minimal collection in deep infrapatellar bursa. Please suggest what this condition means and can it be treated through homeopathy.

Resisted terminal knee extension: make a loop with a piece of elastic tubing by tying a knot in both ends. Close the knot in a door at knee height. Step into the loop with your injured leg so the tubing is around the back of your knee. Lift the other foot off the ground and hold onto a chair for balance, if needed. Bend the knee with tubing about 45 degrees. Slowly straighten your leg, keeping your thigh muscle tight as you do this. Repeat 15 times. Do 2 sets of 15. If you need an easier way to ...more
