You are a diabetic and you also have eye sight problem, this condition is called diabetic retinopathy. And diabetic retinopathy develops when high blood sugar levels damage the blood vessels of retina.
Only height and weight are not sufficient all your biochemical report and rx of your doctor will be needed for diet chart. Please consult to dietitian and diabetes educator with all the things I mentioned above.
