Pls mam consult me regarding diet plan for your baby, you can introduce into his diet gradually foods like fully cooked rice with plain dhal with mashed potato adding little ghee on to it, liquid suji porridge/soft cooked daliya, mix.veg khichdi pressure cooked with soft cooked vegs etc. All foods should be properly cooked n mashed or you can give in grinded form easily digestible.

Hi, Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. pls don't take stress.i advice you include protein rich food in your diet and like soyabean,milk and milk products,combination of cereal and pulses,sattu with milk,sprouts,and take heavy breakfast.
do regular exercise.
you need to take a balance diet.

Protein is not only in eggs. It's in plenty in dals, paneer, milk n milk products, dry fruits, many vegetables like beans etc. For gastritis do this
