hey... you can use anovate but for a brief period of time.. say 1 week..
it contains steroids and vasoconstrictors, and it can be absorbed into circulation when applied locally.. although minimal..
still be careful especially during first 3 months of pregnancy.
You can apply xylocaine jelly locally and take softovac for constipation... these are relatively safe..
regards

Hi. I'm a boy. My age is 22. I have been suffering from piles for last two years. I went to doctor first time when I saw blood during my bowel movement. So doctor gave me tablet and cream to apply. Then in previous year. I felt pain during bowel movement and hard to pass stool and also blood 2,3 drops came out and then I went to same doctor and he told me you have grade 3 hemorrhoids and gave me two ointments (one for external hemorrhoids and other for internal). Then in this year I also experienced the same thing. I suffered from constipation and whenever I pass stool the blood comes out and in the recent months I feel extreme pain during bowel movement and also blood is coming. I went to ayurvedic doctor he gave me tabs and ointment. But still i'm not recovering from this. I'm assuming that I have anal fissure after the pain I had felt. Please tell me a permanent solution for this. I can't afford surgical treatment. Note: I am also using home remedies like sits bath, intake high fibre etc.
