Life style measures:
1. Morning walk daily for 35 minutes. 2. Excercise and yoga for 45 minutes daily. 3.plenty of water. 4. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods 5. Avoid dairy products except chach and curd. 6. No alcohol, smoking and tobaccho chewing. 7. Avoid refined food like maida, sweet etc.
8. Take high fibrous meal like whole grain rye, whole wheat, mixed grains, brown rice, oats meal etc.

2. Take little more water in the day
3. eat more fruits and green vegetables
4. No fried/ spicy/ junk/ processed/ fast food

Ensure atleast 2-3 litres of water per day
morning walk
include high fibre diet like oats, leafy vegetables, fruits like papaya good sleep this should help. If still have any issue, consider taking consultation for thorough details and management.

Do not feed powder milk or any other products
only feed her mother's milk.
In case of any issue cow milk will do
give a dose of nux vom once daily for few days
this will ease her motions.
