Hey! melasma do not go easily. The main thing you’ve to take care about is your sunscreen. Apply demalin cream on hyperpigmented area daily in night without gap. And wash your face when you wake up. After that apply a good spf cream with pa+++
and protect your skij with direct sunlight. Apply sunscreen even if you’re not going outside.

Thanks for enquiry. For pigmentation problem do apply sunscreen, avoid much sun exposure. It is usually also hereditary ,thyroid related ,sun exposure, wrong cream application, home therapy ,less sleep ,free radicals deposited on skin etc. Do apply sunscreen ,use antoxid, use lightening cream as prescribed ,can get peels ,laser ,filler for faster recovery. Review for further details.

Hi!
Even though you are not going to sun, SUNSCREEN is important as artificial sources of light like computer screen, tube lights etc can emit UVB radiation and cause tanning .One more important thing is , tretinoin is retinoid cream which causes exfoliation of skin ,so sunscreen is a must and should .

Both have hydroquinone as ingredient & this should not use for more then 1 month, otherwise this will cause more severe darkness (exogenous ochronosis ). Melasma have different types & darkness on your face may not be melasma & may be other disease like pih, ochronosis, riehl" s melanosis. So you should consult with your dermatologist. He will find out what disease you have & treat you accordingly.
