Sir, my father is patient of ckd, ongoing dialysis twice per week, age 64, now problem is cough, khasi and shortness of breathing. Water removed per dialysis 2 lit. No extra fluid build up. Is there any problem in lungs? Shortness of breathing not gone, what is the reason?

My aunt 57 older is a kidney patient & also has diabetic 9.0 but didn't dialysis. Her pressure is 90 upper & 70 lower. She has a medium asthma. She can't walking & feels restless & her skin has been dried now. Sir, I want to know what kind of check up I will have to do? Is dialysis perfect for her but I don't want to do this because our hospital staffs are butcher, there is no mercy.
