Yes. The symptoms that may indicate your phosphorus level is too low include:-
changes in your mental state (for example, anxiety, irritability, or confusion)
bone issues, such as pain, fragility, and poor development in children.
Irregular breathing.
Fatigue.
Loss of appetite.
Muscle weakness.
Weight gain or loss.
The matter needs to be addressed to the doctor monitoring his dialysis.

Hello lybrate-user.
There is no problems in having pregnancy.
But a man who takes dialysis is a big liability.
And get into it by proper thought.
Don't let your emotions get better of you.

Hi, As based on this report there is no need to go for dialysis now. For adults, dialysis is recommended when the estimated glomerular filtration rate (gfr) levels reach approximately 10.0 ml/min. The serum creatinine and bun/creatinine tests are usually performed during regular blood work.

Diabetes and hypertension, if poorly controlled, will lead to kidney failure in 5-10 years or earlier. There need not be any symptoms that may indicate kidney problem until a late stage requiring dialysis. At this stage fluid can form in lungs and bleeding tendency can occur.

The blood pressure is high which is apparently not responding to amloz-l 5 mg and considering him having chronic kidney diseases which may necessitate dialysis. His medicines need a change after a checkup.
