Intermittent fasting is now popular for reducing weight but it has rigorous rules to be maintained & some basic health advice to be followed.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Where you have just mentioned abut having t2 dm and medications being taken. But there is no mention of either fasting, pp glucose, or hba1c%, as well as any complaints that you are having. Hence, without knowing any information there is no way to comment any further. However, one important aspect is that with a bmi (body mass index) of 32.19 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg? Sq meter) yu are already in grade 1 obesity. Your ideal bo...more

Hi
generally these home remedies will not help much. You can try taking them for 1 week and recheck rbs. If still not controlled, start medicines.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Your hba1c5 at your age should ideally be < 6.5%. There is no mention of fasting and pp glucose, that is necessary to know, before any comment can be made. Another important aspect with a bmi of 27.57 kg/sq meter, you are already over weight. Your ideal body weight should be 63 kg. The excess body weight does affect insulin action (insulin resistance, ir). Therefore, it is important to know your dietary pattern extent of daily exerc...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Erectile dysfunction is a known complication of long term diabetes due to affection of micro-vasculature of penile muscles, this condition will not improve even if you have very well controlled glucose levels now. There is a need to take a drug like sildanafi (similar compounds) l as and when required. Along with this strict glucose control also needs to be maintained. Thanks.

1. You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2. Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3. Wear cotton under garments
4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5. Keep the area dry
homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all.
