Diabetic diet is different for person to person. It is depend of person lifestyle, his blood sugar level. Medication and many more factor. So if you want diabetic diet chart you have to give me many more detail about you. But here are some common tips
1 eat high fiber food like oats, bran, sprouts, beans
2 avoid eating refine flour and its product
3 eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juice.
4 after taking medicines take your meal within half hour.

Most of the suppliments that claim to benefit Diabetes patients needs to be verified by the individual who takes those tablets. Usually, if the food is of good quality and a balanced diet then there is no need to take any external products. A healthy diet and daily exercise with proper sleep can be very effective to overcome the problems of Diabetes and control the sugar levels more efficiently.

Hello! diabetes can be well managed by a good diet chart. Take small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida. Take whole grain cereals in limitation, lot of veggies, 150-200gm fruit (not juice). Go for a dietitian. Don't skip breakfast n take a small portion of milk or product or any whole grain cereal before bed time. Do 30 min of exercise a day.

First of all you can't cure diabetes but you can control it by proper diet and regular physical exercise.Do exercise like,swimming,walking,sit ups,push ups.Eat small amount of food frequently.Take lots of whole fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Take whole grain,whole wheat,oats small amount.Eat fish,egg white,cottage cheese,yogurt,mushroom,tofu,soy product.Use healthy fat.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No sugar,juice,fruit juice.soft drinks.Avoid underground vegetables,banana,pumpki...more

Cut your diet to 1000 cal per day. Take 25-30 almonds daily. Have plenty of all salads and Fruits. You can have all fruits as much as you wish. We have package of Diabetes Reversal. Means, one becomes non Diabetic after 6 to 9 months. After that no medication is required

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc)
2. Reduce weight if overweight
3control diet
a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta
