himalaya bael once daily for digestion
nestle resource diabetic for any neuropathic pain.
Also do weekly lemongrass + lemon + honey in warm water. Practice diaphragmatic breathing for 15 minutes daily
avoid nuts, seeds, dry fruits, soya, peanut butter etc as it contain phytic acid which is antinutrients in nature, which deplete our calcium reserves thereby causing weakness and pain....more

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, though it is advisable to reduce the dose of pregabalin in renally impaired patient, but 25 mg /day is quite a reduced dose (normal available dose is 75 mg/day). So you can have it safely if prescribed by a physician.

Hell lybrate-user,
I will not suggest you to combine the two separate medicine system on a single body. It will be like experimenting (which we should not. Better to continue with the urologist and the nephrologist for the time being. If all hopes are lost, then only switch over to other therapies, but not before that (my personal opinion).
