Mr. Lybrate-user, please understand diabetes mellitus has no cure. It can only be controlled with appropriate medicines, plus diet control and exercise and weight management. you need not worry.
Don't skip breakfast.
Sleep for 7-9 hours per night.
Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods.
Avoid taking mango, kiwi, banana, arbi, zimikand.
Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals.
