Mr. Lybrate-user, please understand diabetes mellitus has no cure. It can only be controlled with appropriate medicines, plus diet control and exercise and weight management. There is no medicine available which cures diabetes. So please take proper treatment and maintain recommended sugar levels. Thanks for the question.

you need not worry.
Don't skip breakfast.
Sleep for 7-9 hours per night.
Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods.
Avoid taking mango, kiwi, banana, arbi, zimikand.
Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals.
Snack on fruits and nuts.
Take green tea 3-4 times a day.
Drink lots of water
take following ingredients and make a fine powder:
almonds - 50
green elaichi - 50
whole black pepper - 50
neem leaves dry - 50
more

Foods to be avoided in diabetes are as follows 1. Fruits: mango banana chikoo grapes pineapple and sitafal. Coconut water.
2. Vegetables: potatoes sweet potatoes
3. Rice
4. Sugar{artificial sweets}
5. Alcohol.
Brisk walking at least 45 min a day.
Along with the medication.
Check sugar level every 2 months.
