Mr. Lybrate-user, if you are maintaining blood sugar levels in good control, then you can definitely start any exercise which you like. Swimming is good, it will help in burning a good amount of calories. Hence, it will also help controlling blood sugar. Exercises like walking, jogging, aerobics and running all are good. But which one to take up depends on ones ability. Thanks.
