Peripheral Neuropathy is one of the most common long term complication of long standing diabetes. It is seen even when blood glucose may be well controlled. Hello, Thanks for the query. To control neuropathic pain it is essential to achieve a strict glucose control first. Fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg, HbA1c % < 6.8. There are drugs along with the injectors that are being taken like Pragabalin Another important aspect is your excess weigh, with a BMI of 29.53 kvs/ Sq meter you are close to being grade 1 obese. That needs to be reduced. Your ideal body weight needs to be around 60 KGS. So please look at that aspect. Thanks.
