Take balanced diet. Take ample green leafy vegetables. Take whole grain cereals. Avoid maida and sugar. Stop taking ghee butter and oil. Stop fast food. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins per week).
Get hba1c test done.
If after 3 weeks there is no improvement, starting medications should be considered.
