There is no permnant cure for ulcerative colitis except surgery but its last resort.
Depending on your stage of disease from mild to severe treatment varies. It requires colonoscopy report and your symptoms to start you on immunosuppression.
Any other symptoms other than gastrointestinal affection also has impact on selecting the right medicine.
So I will suggest you to go to Gastroenterologist near your area and consult humor her for right treatment.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
First thing is her blood glucose should be in excellent control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <7.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
In your info there is no mention of the place where you are staying (town/city).
It is best to visit any experienced surgeon or surgical hospital for initial treatment. Bets is to consult a Diabeteic Foot specialist in the aera. Later based on his advice further treatment should be carried out. First and foremost is to achieve a strict blood glucose control, otherwise healing becomes a problem. Plus proper debridment is also needed. Thanks.

No, it is not advisable to use testosterone tablets to increase libido in both of you. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. For better guidance and natural, safe and permanent treatment, consult me.
