I have seen the details mentioned. Erectile dysfunction is a known complication of long term diabetes due to affection of micro-vasculature of penile muscles, this condition will not improve even if you have very well controlled glucose levels now. There is a need to take a drug like sildanafi (similar compounds) l as and when required. Along with this strict glucose control also needs to be maintained. Thanks.

It can be because of infection.
1. You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2. Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3. Wear cotton under garments
4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5. Keep the area dry

Your question is bit confusing. Sugar free pills or powder are chemicals which given in a very very small quantity give a sweet taste for patient satisfaction for limited items like tea etc. But this is not in true sense a substitute to free sugar to be used in cooking, better known as glucose. Certain doubts are expressed by some scientific persons about its safety in long term use.
