Juices are not advised. Take less gi fruit (avoid chickoo/ litchi/ grapes/ mango/ ripe banana, melon etc.) instead to taking veg juices, take vegetables in salad & cooked form for good fibre. For more details contact directly. Thanks.

please do not worry! I think you are going good. Hba1c is average of 3 months. Any shooting of blood sugar level in these 3 months due due any irregular diet or some instance of skipping or innappropriate timing of medication will also be reflected. Take balanced diet. Take ample green leafy vegetables. Take whole grain cereals. Avoid maida and sugar. Stop taking ghee butter and oil. Stop fast food. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins per week).
Get hba1c test done.
If after 3 weeks there is no improvement, starting medications should be considered.

They are slightly different in composition. So there will be difference in onset and peak action. However, you can try it and see whether the blood sugar control is acceptable. Your fasting and pp levels are high it should be below 130 and 180 respectively. Also get an hba1c done to have a better understanding of your blood sugar control.

If you have diabeties and any weight issue better to avoid any sugar. But if its not the case you can enjoy sugar in moderation. Because moderation is key to health. The problem with white sugar is its plain sugar and nothin else on the other handon the other hand, jaggery have additional stuffs which are good for health.
